What should I do to get OINP ? I have a profile created 2nd Feb 2019 with CRS 438. NOC 2174 - Software Developer. Will lose 5 points in June. I read somewhere you have to create new profile every month. Is it true ? If there is anything else to be done, can someone tell me ?

When you got EOR conf/ack message, did it say 4 weeks or 8-10 weeks ? Last time when I gave for EOR they said 8-10 weeks and got result in 3 weeks. This time they said 4 weeks and it is almost 4 weeks and no result.

I received EOR confirmation on 17th Oct (BC India). Its been 25 days and no update. Called customer care, told me to wait 1 more week.

Anyone who is reading through this thread may feel like there is a higher chance of score increase on EOR. Mostly people share their success stories here, if EOR is not a success they may not share. The reality is that the chance of score increase is not even 1%. I am not discouraging anyone...

I don't think so. 2 months back, I did poorly in speaking and I got 7 (was expecting a 6 or 6.5). But I needed 7.5 and gave it for EOR, after asking your similar question in this thread and a separate thread, everyone said it won't reduce. After my EOR the score didn't change.
