Dont know as of yet. They have removed the phone appointment and have left a VM which directs you to send an email to certain ID. I received an automated message that they will get back to me within 30 days.

I did proactively sent them few additional documents based on my GCMS notes. It indeed helped in clearing my eligibility. It depends on what they are looking for, however you could proactively send out a LOE and explain in detail what the LOE is all about. I am still waiting for my PPR though...
