hi guys, facing same problem, my friend applied yesterday but didn't receive any biometric letter yet, it says we dont need you fingerprint. anyone here to help .

i can understand your feelings, i hope thy will give you visa soon ... one of my friend applied last week from saudi arabia with family, he already visited once america and still got valid US visa, normally Canada visa take about 3 weeks , but my friend got response within a week with rejection :(

normally they take 2 to 3 weeks so hopefully status will change in couple of days.

yup finally going to submit my passport today :)

i applied in JUNE and got result in 15 days but not from India.

where r u applying from ? btw yes you have to submit bank statement, i spent 4years in UK still got 2 years valid UK visa, visited EU countries , visited USA n still got valid US visa for 3 years, turkey malaysia UAE bahrain, and 2 weeks ago i applied for Canada visa n i submitted everything...

first i got an email notification (u hv a new message in ur account) thn i opened my cic profile and got new message with attached PDF. oh yeah, only once when i applied first time for USA back in 2014 without any reason visa officer didn't ask me anything and said sorry can't give you visa...
