I am also planning to do study after landing in Canada. Now I got my PR, so do I have to give IELTS academic in order to get the admission in any college even after being a Permanent Resident?

For my Visa, they took almost a month. Submitted on 17th May, got on 18th June. But People who has submitted in June 1st week, got their passport back within a week. I don't understand their working style. But maximum you can wait for a month. You will definitely get it within a month.

Latest update: The tracking details of the passport is now showing dispatched. A little relief. It took more than a month for me.

I talked to my Consultant, he says, its showing IN PROCESS. Acc to him it takes 25 -30 Working days, i.e. excluding saturdays and sundays. No option but to wait, i guess
