Be pantient is the only rule I have learned from CIC

I have a lawyer to be the representative. The only way I can get the details is the phone call which I have not known until last November.

For me, the sponsor, the eligibility "has not started yet" and " we are processing your background check" The information I got from the phone call

Hi, I just wonder they are still processing my( sponsor) background check, not my wife. I don`t know when they started, I only know that they started before Nov 2017 when I check my status through phone service first time. It is normal?????? Thanks for your any idea.
