My ECAS was change to DM on Feb 12 but till now still no PPR.ur so lucky please pray for us as well

My wife had her Medical before I submitted our full application and according to the Panel Physician the expiration of the medical is 1 year.Why the Visa office Singapore still sent a medical request?Please enlighten me with this one,Thanks in advance
