Rent agreement isn't a suitable document for proving source of income For proving source of income u need ITRs or Form-16 & salary slips in case of salaried person For proving Wealth networth certificate from CA is required

No rent agreements are if u want to prove u are living in a rented accomodation for kyc & other purposes For proof of funds u need to give Income Tax Returns (all incomes are mentioned in it including rental)

hey ur agent must have applied ur visa through offline mode, u have to link ur application to gckey for receiving regular updates & if ur agent has already linked ur a/c then u have to demand it's login details from them.

Hey if u haven't got any college university then u can apply to CBU, Nova Scotia or College of the Rockies, BC both are still open for Sep 2018 & i think last date for applying to CBU is tomorrow i.e. 31st march so hurry up if u haven't applied yet
