Thanks both! I uploaded it again with Chrome on another machine... Finally upload successfully.. The File size is very tricky, basically it says each single file not larger than 2M, and not larger than 3.5M in total. It takes so much time to compress the file btw.

I tried on chrome for the last two days, still getting the error. May I know when you did the upload?

Is there anyone ever used IRCC Webform to upload PFL documents. But on the confirmation page says, "Error! Failure sending mail". Some said trying with different browsers or computers, I tried but the error was still there.
