    I have tried both on mobile and laptop but doesn't work even after changing the password by receiving a verification code. I have tried to call IRCC, but no one answers and it says I need to call another time because of high volume of calls even at 8:00 am.

    I am having trouble logging into my IRCC account. I reset the password but it still doesn’t work. Do you have any suggestions on how I can resolve this issue and start the application? I have tried different browsers, Chrome, Safari and Microsoft Edge but none of them worked.

    Hi, just received the invitation for 2025. The 2025 forum is not active yet. My parent already have a valid biometric they have already done for their visitor visa. Do they need to get a new biometric for PGP application? Thanks!
