I had the same issue. My IELTS exam expired while my application was being processed. It was fine. They didnt ask me to re-take the exam. Your info is locked once you submit your application.

Thanks. That's what I didn. But since my photos got rejected, I guess the photograph did not do a good job. This is why I'm looking for a good one to make sure the photos are not rejected again.

Thanks a lot. I ended up calling this number from my skype account and it worked. Waiting time was 45mn. The number is +1 6139444000. This is so funny, being in Canada, I had to call the number for people outside Canada, in order to reach them :)

Hey guys, I need your help on this asap. Im in Canada right now, landed last week and also didnt have an address at that time. Now that I have one, i have been trying to call 1-888-242-2100 to notify them with my new address more than 10 times but they dont pick up. Any other number I can call...

Just called CIC and followed the menu options to change address, then pressed "zero" to talk to an agent, it says this option is not valid :( I tried several times and got the same message.

I forgot to mention that after what happened with the immigration officer at the airport, I've made some calls as soon as I reached the hotel, and managed to find a friend who lives in Ontario and who accepted that I use his address for my PR card.
