Received the IMM1017 on MyCIC just now after receiving the "Information and Documents needed" mail on Friday. Others can check too. There was a system maintenance perhaps that's why this wasnt sent earlier.

Can we get a medical done without the IMM1017 form?? I called up a panel physician and the receptionist said that they won't do the test without it. Anyone with a different experience please share.

Same issue. Sponsorship status changed to 'Decision Made' in mid-April but no letter yet. I called CIC last week, agent said the email was prepared but not sent for some reason... and he will get it sent. But no email still.
