I send my application in sept and got aor in oct 2017. It tooks 35 to 40 days

I got a letter from CBSA " SS: NOT STARTED." also got a letter from CSIS: " job bank was conducted and no concerning information found "

I got Gcms notes it says reffering file to ps . Does anyone know what that means? I passed medical ,criminality , eligiblity except security.
