    I decided just to go ahead and pay it and gave my biometrics because I was under the impression that biometrics was stopped since service Canada was closed now they're opened for appointments and it was fairly quick to get it done

    Received ITA two months before reaching 1 year of experience

    I think you can take it, I know people who got ITA before 1 month as well as 2 months before their 1 year mark and got PR. But it is totally up to you, because you will have the added stress of getting rejection based on 1 year work experience

    Definitely, you can't combine different work experiences under FSW like CIC. For FSW your work experience has to be continuous.

    You will not be eligible for 3 years since it will only be 2 years and 9 months in total, also depends under which stream you're applying under. If it's cic then you'll be able to combine both the experiences as long as their under NOC 0,A or B. You will get points only for 2 years experience...
