ya i asked them about the waiver letter but they said i don't need that .....coz providing English proficiency certificate instead of test scores is also one of their requirement. So they wont give that letter.

My university says that i don't need to submit the scores to visa officers......event hough after this statement I'm not convinced....... if i leave that column in blank. ..will that cause any problem?

Actually no they require 90 but I got only 73. ....so thats why i didn't gave my scores and gave only English proficiency certificate. ...what should I do?

Hey I got accepted to Ryerson ...and they waived my toefl scores as my previous education was in English. So do I need to explain this to the visa officers. ...and also I took toefl exam and got only 73. ... If I submit this score. ...will they rejecty application?
