    I spoke to an agent yesterday who told me April 10th is processing. On the other hand I've just got a reply to my CSE stating that April 9th is processing. My photo was delivered on 10th. I'm so confused.

    When did you send your photos? We have sent ours on 10th April (CIC received on 10th as per tracking), but have not received any update yet. Calling them gives us the same answers: photo processing date is 9th April. It looks like the usual processing time is 20-26 days. We don't understand the...
