You might have tried this option too but just confirming, have you tried live scan option for fingerprinting? I feel it's better at getting the fingerprint impressions. My spouse's hands shake a lot and his prints got rejected twice and we went the live scan route.

Well, I did but I wouldn't have gotten an ADR if they were satisfied with it correct? ;) So I had to elaborate on certain rows. That form is really a pain to fill though!
