I think it took 2 or 3 days for me to receive CoPR in the mail after online approval.

It does mention "YOU MUST ARRIVE IN CANADA ON OR BEFORE: XY/XY/XYZZ" and the date is my medicals expire date.

I got an email just saying that myCIC account is updated, when I login, my application is approved and there is a letter (where the biometrics Information letter is) with the information that I would be getting CoPR and some other digital form, and some information about landing.
