In 10 days it's gonna be a year since my ITA and 10.5 months since AOR date.

I believe that yours is a bit more than just a generic response, but anyway nothing useful. I am getting the responses like "you application is under review" and "we are doing everything possible to finalize your app asap". No timelines, no due date for another CSE request, nothing.

Still waiting as well. All I got were standard responses from CIC and that's it.

It may help if your application is being reviewed in your local office, which is absolutely possible. I just dropped an email and got a response in 2 hours, all the contacts are available on the internet.

Sometimes I even want this to end in any way. The wait gets so exhausting.

Hello, On average it takes 6 months or even more unless you are lucky enough to get it in 3-4 months, but I wouldn't heavily rely on that.

Hello guys, Yesterday I contacted my lawyer and he told that there is a tendency for all the applications to be reviewed much longer than it used to be. So do not think that your case that exceeded 6 months borderline is special.

Agree. It has been over 180 days for me already, my status has not changed at all since I gave my biometrics in October. Raised an inquiry about my file with IRCC form when my 6 months elapsed and still no reply received. I am just sitting and waiting for at least something, having all my life...

I heard that now it takes longer than it used to, 6 months mark is irrelevant now.
