hey guys https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=189&top=17 i applied to renew my work permit 6 months in advance but still no response from ircc except automated biometrics letter so i checked with cic website and it says that we can keep working even our work permit expires...

it's always better to submit upfront but you never know if they require more in the future so be prepared. what's your timeline and at what stage are you?
