Don't worry about it. I was in the same boat (as in I also had to report in 30 days). I live in the US and I landed in September and became PR. As soon as I entered Canada, I called them and reported that I am now in Canada but I have to leave in 2 days since I am not moving permanently today...

I tried calling the number and the IVR informed me about the status which I can already see online. After pressing '0' to speak to an agent, te IVR said that they cannot transfer right now. Can you help me navigate the IVR to reach an agent directly?

I don't mind calling them since I am in USA and my timings match with their office hours. Do you know what phone number should I be dialing? And of-course the IVR options I should follow?
