I know I sound ridiculous but try a different device and see if you will get the same error. It will also help if you post a screen shot of the error.

Applied to become a Permanent Resident in March 2019 and considering Writ of Mandamus

I exhausted every option possible. I talked to my MP, sent webform messages, called them endless times, requested notes, and sent them a letter last year to no avail.

Applied to become a Permanent Resident in March 2019 and considering Writ of Mandamus

Hi all, I applied to become a permanent resident on March 22nd, 2019. I was requested to submit a police clearance certificate in October 2019. March 2019 applicant and my application is dead in the water with no hope in sight. All over a sudden, the IRCC is reallocating their already strained resources to deal with the Afghani crisis which is an emerging problem, and before that, there was Covid which if you add to the equation it...

Further assessment not reassessment. I think there's a big difference. I called IRCC the next day I received this email and I was told that I passed eligibility. I indicated in a previous post that I am in contact with my MP and I am assuming that my file has been given a push in response to the...

On the breach of 1951 convention?

I find this logic to be flawed. Saying that speeding up the process would drive more people to claim asylum in Canada can't be substantiated given that the claims go through several steps, first of which is admissibility, which will determine if people have the right to go on with their claim or...

Thanks for your reply and really sorry you are going through this. Did you try talking to your MP about your case. If yes, what did he/she say? Are you sure that this is the only condition under which a central processing office sends an application to a local office? In my case, my file has...
