    Atlantic Immigration Pilot Programme (AIPP)

Hi Rajesh, I'm not too familiar with Returned Applications from IRCC. Haven't you received your TWP yet? I received mine 2 weeks ago and I'm now in Canada; started work last week. I also received Pre-Arrival Services email for my PR about a month ago. What's happening to your application?

It depends on which Province you're applying to. New Brunswick is faster as it takes a maximum of 2 weeks. I had mine within 7 working days! Nova Scotia takes about 2 months. All the best!

First of all you need to clarify a few queries. - are you an inland or outland applicant? I believe you applied within Canada as you mentioned getting a call from a CSBA officer. - did you go through the AIPP process? i.e. job offer, endorsement letter etc? - have you made contact with IRCC...

Yes, you need to provide it for you and any other accompanying family member for both TWP and PR.

Not necessarily but you need them when you've been offered the job. Some employers do ask for them before going further. If you have them then that's great but the key one most employers ask for is Police Report.

I believe what you're referring to is the Provincial Endorsement Letter. The employer will have to apply for this for you after you've received the job offer and a settlement plan. Without the Endorsement Letter you CANNOT apply for Temporary Work Permit (TWP) or Permanent Residence (PR) under AIPP.

@Amrsaeed1987 It rather works in your favour as you have the educational credentials higher than the minimum requirement. There's no need to worry about that.

That's true; it could be that she doesn't meet the requirements of the programme eg number of hours worked, wrong NOC code, insufficient funds etc. It's important to ensure all requirements are met before putting in an application under the programme.

    Atlantic immigration pilot program

@Haiderzaidi As there is no list of employers designated for this program, you need to go through the Canadian job listings and select employers that feature jobs in your NOC code (i.e. your area of expertise). You then need to write a carefully scripted email to those that matter in the...
