Yes, I called them up. It seems that they sent me an ADR email on 2nd June which I didn't receive. As per their rules, if I don't get back to them with in 14 days, my application will be rejected and the same happened.

BTW, can anyone confirm the email that you got requesting for ADR. Is it expressentry@ontario.ca? And when u send the requested documents, do you get any acknowledgement mail? Please confirm. Thanks

They told me to send an email requesting to resend the ADR mail and I've done that just now. Don't know...

Hi guys, Completed 90 days today. Still under submission status. Mailed them for the 2nd time and got the same automated reply. Guess I'll call them after all. Can anyone share me the number and is it toll free??

unfortunately, yes. I just mailed them again yesterday. Planning to call them if I don't get proper response.
