The COPR document is for Canada Immigration (you need to stop there to do the landing interview and present the COPR so they can complete the process and start the PR Card process). The visa in your passport is the one to show at check-in to allow you to board the flight and to let you enter Canada.

Same here, our file was in Mississauga then got transferred to Manila themselves nearing the end of the process. It's now all done with passports and COPR received back today.

Yes that's correct and don't sign the COPR before the immigration agent tells you when you land in Canada.

The PR tracker says complete in all 4 cases, but in GCKey, it still remained in processing for both Eligibility and Background. We got PPR before PR Tracker status changed to completed and the COPR numbers appeared the next day. Edit: I just checked GCKey and it just updated today saying...
