hello to everyone? please i want to know how I can use my trade/occupation certificate NOC C outside Canada to apply for AIPP Atlantic immigration program in Canada .

it take two months to received my provincial endorsement. am now sending my school documents to WES but I wanted to apply for the temporary work permit now, when WES result is in I can apply for my PR ? can this be possible or I have to wait for my WES result to come before apply for TWP

which other institutions can evaluate niit credentials, any one know other institutions .... please need help
