I have paid RPRF plus my son's medical plus passport copies and eye color etc details all submitted on 9th april 2018 since then its all quiet.. anyhow any idea what does ghost updates reflects ?

Its been almost 1 and a half month since i have paid my RPRF and its been more than 7 months to my case and still no PPR ...waiting for that golden email i don't know what is making them to delay the process Any guesses ?
