    May be it has gone for secondary review. 73 days is too long period. I would advise you check call center and ask for info. If your application is under secondary review, they would have asked you more info.

    Nothing to worry as long as call centre confirms that your application is recd and in process. Just keep checking ecas status.

    I got their email stating AOR on 23 rd April. Decision made on 31 st May 2018. It took 39 days.

    I agree with you. They take longer than usual time. But they do not reject anyone, but secondary review before approving finally.

    I called call center and used self serve option. It says my application is approved. Now have to wait for the card to be mailed.

    what is the status of your application. When I applied the processing time was around 85 days. Now 116 days passed after my application was recd. Though the status is " Decision made " the call center people are not aware ( surprisingly ) and they say my application is still in process.

    They seem to be not transparent. Why so much delay and what really and seriously gone wrong, no one knows. More pathetic is the call centre does not seem to be aware what is going on except reading the ecas status and informing us when we call.
