After receiving the nomination and ITA, does it make any difference in the speed of processing the file. I mean, OINP has already checked all docs apart from PCC and medical, does IRCC process it faster?

Finally, the status is now assessment. I forgot to send my ECA via WES to OINP. I just paid the courier amount of $41.81 on my WES account and within 3 hours, my OINP status changed from "submitted" to "assessment". So, for people who are still in submitted, please make sure you send a duplicate...

Any change for people applied under HCP and on or after March 9th. Mine still at submitted stage since March 14th.

I just called them. They said there is nothing they could check right now. If the file is in a submitted state, it does not mean they are not processing it. They said that a visa officer would already be assigned when you submit your profile and it takes time for him to check an application...
