A month back but my son's visa is still sticked. How is it possible I mean they haven't processed a 2 years old visitor visa from past 3 months and I am not even getting any revert of continuous emails and weborms.

C Congrats. I got SOWP but my son's visitor visa is still pending. ELIGIBILITY review started on 4Th Aug, since then its showing the same status. I mean visitor visa timeline is just 12 days and its been close to 3 months now

I meant I have also applied for Visitor Visa of my son and SOWP for Spouce. It's been 2.5 mo 3.5 months is a lot of time as visitor visa processing time is just 12 working days. I am also worried for my son's visitor visa . Being reviewed from 4th Aug.

Ap Plied got my son's visitor visa also along with SOWP. No revert for visitor visa yet which takes less processing time as compared to work permit.

Did you get any revert or any status update. I am also waiting from last 2.5 months

I am working professional.IIn India so what all documents I need to attach from my Indian employer for SOWP. Any roles and responsibilities letter defining my nature of work as per NOC? Or just my offer letter and pay slips would suffice.

So So if I need to apply for my Open Work permit as my husband is studying in Canada I need to attach my offer letter along with roles and Responsibility letter as oer NOC code. Do we need to mention NOC code also?
