That's incorrect information. I didn't know my application number or UCI number before and they were able to verify me when I gave them personal information.

They're not much help wether it's web or phone. You don't need an application number to get through the automated call- just type in anything, it will say it can't find you but keep listening for the option to press zero to speak with an agent. They can look you up by name and address or...

It's not being processed yet. I never even received an email saying they received it. I called today they told me it's not in the system then I called 30 min later and she told me it's been checked for completeness on March 8. I haven't received any correspondence from them via email at all!

Has everyone here received an email from CIC saying when they received their Application? I never got one and I submitted application in feb but they have my information in their system when I call. I'm stressing out.

I have a feeling this happened to my application as well, I think it got misplaced somewhere. Because this isn't making sense, I sent it in February.

Hey how long after you applied did you receive your AOR? Im trying to figure out where I stand in this entire thing because everyone who has sent their application around the same time as me has gotten their AOR but I haven't yet. Wondering if this is normal?

Of course. It says it can't identify me. When I called last week they said I haven't gotten an AOR because it's not in process yet. But by the looks of everyone's comments here I am the only one.
