You cannot be on implied status until your current permit expires. So as long as you re-send the application with the correct fees BEFORE it expires, you will have implied status. If you sent it today, can you not call the courier company and have them cancel the delivery and return it to you...

Yes, you can track the PR card on gckey. Use the number beginning with "R" on your COPR and your details. It should link right away. You will then be able to track it and receive update emails just like you did with your PR.

Also got my landing interview email last Friday! It's for Wednesday 29th May! Soooo lucky that we got that day as it's really hard for my wife to get days off and she just happened to already have Wednesday off. I can't believe it's almost over, feels really good!

I am a member of that group. Can confirm that someone who got their DM on 15th March received interview letter. Also, another person got their PR card 20 days after their interview at the Vancouver office. (That's reassuring seeing as everything else is taking an eon)

I don't think it's a matter of what refugees are entitled to, their situations are different than most of ours. It's just VERY poor planning on CIC's part.
