Dear all, According to my finding, there are major shuffled in SINP staff so that maybe one of the reason for delaying. They used to have 12 immigration officer and now there are 11 and some of them are got transferred from other government department to SINP. hoping to get back to normal soon.

Your friend can apply for SINP OID. As he has 5.5 in one modual so he can not go threw express entry programme.
