Does any one know how long can visa office in Nairobi take to issue COPR. I got ppr but waiting for epassport.

Finally... :D:D:D:D CEC 28 Nov I got PPR today morning(18th July) Best of luck to everyone else.

I had called CIC last week on 2nd july and the agent mentioned my application is now complete and told me to wait for an email.. but till today i haven't got anything. Does anyone know how long it can take for them to send PPR after they have completed all stages?

I am still waiting.. but my secondary office is CIOSydney, it was Edmonton before..

Any update for anyone who is still waiting?

Did you get your gcms notes or called cic to get any other info?

@SithLord did you call cic regarding the due date they issued? They also gave me a date to check which is June 29th. I have had no ADRs or anything. Everything is passed but security not started. 196 days, 4 days more to join elite squad..:cool::mad::(o_O all emotions are mixed up.

I am still waiting and really hope they do get back soon. My Primary office is Ottawa.. and what is your eligibility status? Is it met or recommended passed?

I just mentioned, that i had my gcms notes and since January no one has worked on my application and whats the reason for the delay if there are no issues or no additional docs requests. Thats when she just mentioned they will take action.. i really hope they do.. its going to be 7months by end...

Yes thats what then call center agent told me... they have taken action and the visa officer has to respond within 30days, which is by end of june.

Yes they told me to contact by end of June if there is no decision.

Were you told to call in 30 days if there is no decision made after the 6month deadline?

How many CEC applicants still waiting? Or have recommended passed as their eligibility ?

I am CEC inland and i have no ADRs, no review required, all documents are complete.. my eligibility is on recommended passed since 11 January 2019 and security never started. So i have no idea why my application is being delayed.

@SithLord @legalfalcon or any senior i need some advice I have a question regarding my application. I am CEC applicant and currently i am in a situation if have to go home country or US to get a new passport. But for US i need to apply Visa.. also i have crossed 6months time. Will it be risky...

Yes you can raise a CSE and upload your documents with explanation and they might consider your request. Just give it a try and i dont know why there is funds not met when you are CEC.. also remember to upload all NOA for taxes and current job letter with LOE mentioning you are CEC with ongoing...
