Thanks for the update Grace. Let's hope the dates aren't many weeks out so that we can still keep our travel in May. Even paying for the urgent next-day passport fee would be cheaper than my cancellations at this point.

The lady said she would leave a note on my file so that I could call the contact center and verify the information. But of course the contact center is not accepting any calls due to the high volume. It would be great if someone who has been there in-person could tell us if the flooding new is true.

I got the same call for the 12.30pm ceremony today. The lady who called said she has no idea when the ceremony will be rescheduled for, and that I will receive another phone call in the next few weeks with the date/time of the rescheduled ceremony. Has anyone here gone to the center in-person...
