    As far as I know, Usually when the decision is taken nothing would change it UNLESS there is a modification in the criminal record or the gouvernement withdraw / cancel your Permenant Residence status for a reason or another... Or they suspect a fraud!!! These cases don’t happen often...

    They usually send invitation letters 14-15 days in advance... so for the 15th I think it’s less possible... for the 19th one’s must receive something today or tomorrow... otherwise, we have to wait for other dates!
