My daughter is pregnant and diabetic, her or expired in 2015, she has not fulfilled her residency days and is in india, wants to come back for good, plz advise will they let her in thru land border??cost for c section in canada.she will not get health coverage.

As you were minor, no issue, u can enter via land border, you are still pr holder.no need to renounce

So finally you are without msp cover and no Bcid..how are you managing health care??

Hello, my daughter is in same condition, her pr card expired in 2015, she stated only 4 months in total 5 years, can she apply for visit visa. Did u enter canada , let me now what happen at entry .plz plz let me know.

I had come to Canada via usa, I was questioned by officers, finally they allowed me to enter and I got my Pr card. I had a letter from cic to pick up my PR card...

Plz advice, Pr card expired 10 years ago, will enter thru usa border by land in May. If they let me in without hassles, what about health card, to apply for health card we need valid pr card..as primary identification. Plz advice

Don't worry, my son was in same situation, his card was going to expire in 4 months, he just walked in..No questions asked as long as your pr not expired.. Don't renounce it.. Apply visit visa for your kid. Then once in country apply for her.
