Ok thanks! Is they a way to know if the package was received? In my case Canada post says yes, but no AOR. What’s your thoughts?

How about to get an AOR?

My Citizenship application package was delivered on Feb 7th, 2018- at least that’s what’s indicated on the Canada post courier tracking. But I am yet to receive AOR. Should I be concerned ? I tried to call CIC but looks like their agents are busy, my call went unanswered. I have been trying to...
