No, I am still waiting for mine. When i called them, they said mine is cancelled but no reason mention so they sent inquiry on it and expecting hear back in a month. I will be calling them this week or next week for update..

Update on Winnipeg IRCC - My Spouse received her PR Card yesterday. We mailed our photos together on June last year. Mine is still in Limbo.. - There was ghost update and correspondence letter came in Online account on Feb 5, 2021. - Half job done after 8 months..

Applied for her Work Permit before, so it WP was in process and next month applied for PR together. She was in back home when i applied from Canada. Then WP got approved and she came here.

I have communicated MP's office about week or two before about my file and they responded in same way like CIC Call center Agent, Web form inquiry.. " Everything looks ok, they are reviewing ADR and will be in touch if something else needed. Nothing outstanding as of now....."
