    FSW Inland PR applicants

I am not resigning that would be atrocious, but I am a lawyer and today I was reviewing the IRCC Act and the Regulations etc, they have so much discretionary power with respect to processing applications which is a concern here.

    FSW Inland PR applicants

It occurs to me that I am the only Inland Applicant with February 2020 AOR who received no updates on my PR Application or BOWP application but was rather slapped with a re-medicals request. The BOWP acknowledgment letter states I could work until March 10, 2022 or until a decision is made so...

    FSW Inland PR applicants

Exactly why have they asked for medicals now, I mean this is just an excuse and a very ungrateful one to extend processing time because medical records submission etc will take time - Its is extremely frustrating!

    FSW Inland PR applicants

Hi guys, I am a FSW-inland applicant and my AOR is February 15, 2020. Didn’t hear anything from IRCC for past two years and today I received a remedical request. Has any other inland applicant received similar remedical request? I thought there is a policy which automatically extends...

    FSW Inland PR applicants

I know, but I have heard some people have applied under the CEC not sure if the got a positive response. I qualified for CEC in September last year but because of all this uncertainty, I have not applied. Now, I guess it is hard to remain patient. My ielts would also expire in few months so...

I am in the same boat, FSW inland 2020. It is so frustrating. I am considering applying under CEC now.

    FSW Inland PR applicants

I am in a similar situation, FSW Inland AOR 15 Feb 2020. My friends applied under CEC way later like after a year or so and got COPRs recently. Good for them but it is not easy to wait anymore. Even FSW outland from USA etc are being processed now. I have also sent emails to local MP, the...

Getting married while PR in process for both

Hi @ag141141 and @canuck_in_uk, I am in similar situation and would greatly appreciate your advice. Me and my spouse have our applications for PR pending and we recently got married (Nov 1). We got the same reply from IRCC to add each other as non-accompanying spouses. Now my question is...

    ***>>> February 2020 AOR <<<***

Right, but since we both have separate applications we do not want to add each other as accompanying spouses because we don’t want to delay the process and to pay additional fees. Do we still need to fill all the forms and pay additional fees etc? Conversely, we fill out the forms but since we...

    ***>>> February 2020 AOR <<<***

Hi @legalfalcon, I would really appreciate your advice. My AOR date is Feb 15, 2020 and I have applied under the FSW-inland program. While my PR application is under process I got married on November 1, 2020. My spouse is also a PR applicant under the CEC stream. I raised a webform to inform...
