Hi guys, just an update that I received my COPR finally this week!! Its been a long wait since February 2020. I wish best of luck to everyone still waiting

My AOR is February 2020, I did not receice any ADr and the application is still pending. I know it is soo frustrating.

Obviously I don’t mean that they should not get.. happy for everyone honestly. Just frustrated with my PR application.

Same situation here, AOR Feb 2020. I am an inland applicant but I got a remedical request which was passed on February 17, 2022. My second BOWP got approved last week. It is so frustrating people who submitted applications way after me got PR card etc.

I used the webform on IRCC website

I asked for an extension letter to be able to continue working.

So I applied on November 11, 2021 and my letter stated that I could work till March 10, 2022. I raised webform around February 23, 2022 so this approval is in response to my webform.

My BOWP was approved today but not the PR application (Feb 2020 AOR)…hope for the best! Congratulations to all those who got their COPRs :)

I submitted re-medicals and passed on February 17, 2022. No updates after that.

I am not resigning that would be atrocious, but I am a lawyer and today I was reviewing the IRCC Act and the Regulations etc, they have so much discretionary power with respect to processing applications which is a concern here.

It occurs to me that I am the only Inland Applicant with February 2020 AOR who received no updates on my PR Application or BOWP application but was rather slapped with a re-medicals request. The BOWP acknowledgment letter states I could work until March 10, 2022 or until a decision is made so...

Can you please share the total cost incurred in filling the Mandamus? Thanks!

Exactly why have they asked for medicals now, I mean this is just an excuse and a very ungrateful one to extend processing time because medical records submission etc will take time - Its is extremely frustrating!
