I spoke with many people and checked in many forums. Finally, after a lot of positive responses, I did send an email to Edmonton VO directly. Let's see what's in my faith, I will update this channel if I know anything.

I am a bit skeptical to directly email VO as I am not sure about the repercussions. My local MP is just saying we will do a second follow up and that's been 7 days back but still nothing.
