For everyone who already have their certificate, if you can please apply passport ASAP. Because when I got my certificate, passport office could not scan barcode, I need to go back to my case officer to update IRCC portal. This kind of issue may not happen so often, but definitely annoying.

I would say depending on your case officer, most of the officer send out as soon as your application closed, but some of them may not.

Cert can take up to 6 weeks and application from in progress to close can take 2 weeks. The total time to receive my cert around 7 weeks.

I received mine 6 weeks...so I would say between 4-6 weeks.

I reached out another person who did his oath on Sept 07 in Saskatchewan, he received the cert few weeks ago. Something must be wrong.

I'm not sure, because my local office said they will guide me how to resend cert after 6 weeks, but I do believe to go through your local office better than send by yourself.

Nothing back today, but 6 weeks from the date your application closed.

By the way, your application closed on Sept 20, so not 6 weeks until today.
