How did it go? did they have ur record already for a passport application?

After more than an year wait, finally I had an exam today and passed 19/20 at scarborough...CiC officer was very nice and polite...she told me to wait for couple of months for the Oath due to huge backlog :(.

They said..all is well...next step is citz test ...so please wait ....

My MP escalated like 3 weeks ago but no news yet...our timeline is pretty much the same...

This is my 13th month since applied and no signs of test or whatever....called cic...got assistance from the local MP...but no luck....very disturbing and disappointing...

You have to visit your local MP office to sign the docs and they will proceed accordingly.

I am going through exactly the same unfortunately :( (similar timeline)

So only 3 days to go for one year and still there is no test nothing...:(

So another week passed without any updates....1 more week to 1 year....very disappointed with the performance of CiC and liberal...they changed the c-6 law without any prep that put soo many ppl in limbo....God bless Mississauga people who applied...we all sucks :(

Applied in Oct, 2017...in process since Dec 2017...and thats it...nothing since then....very depressing - very disappointing :(

Unfortunately this curse is mainly for ppl applied from Mississauga bcoz all my friends with the same timeline applied from Oakville, Toronto, North york, Milton etc have already received their passports ...but I am wondering why dont they see all this mess in sauge? There should have some KPIs...

In process since Dec 8th and no updates yet...also my case got transferred from mississauga to Scarborough...:(..they increased the fee lately to add more resources to speedup the process but it goes other way around...this is quite disappointing to see that mississauga applicants getting no...
