Same status from the beggining "passport is being processed at canada visa office singapore." My status on my cic account is also showing being processed and still not approved

I submitted my passport to VFS Bangkok last March 5 for PR stamping at SGVO. It's been over a month now and I haven't received my passport back nor heard anything from them. Is this normal? Or it's just a busy season. My medical is expiring January next year, that's why I'm thinking the officers...
