Asked for urgent with flight ticket included but they only sent out 10 days after the file changed to completed online

Had my oath on June 14, June 17 it changed to completed. Requested to have the certificate urgently since have a work related travel next month. Gave a call today and was told it only got sent out today. Absolutely insane!

Hi everyone! Just got an oath invite for June 14 and have a work trip on July 18 (can't change the date since the conference date is not set by me). Would almost 5 weeks be enough for receiving a certificate and a passport or it's too close and I should reschedule the ceremony?

It seems like or they lied and said they are in Canada but then how would they return without a valid pr card? Only if they are US citizens I guess. But 1 of the requirements is that you must be physically present.

But they wouldn't have any access to check your courses. In my case, I was a full time student and "worked" few hours a week for like 3-4 weeks. They will probably be able to check this information when I do the tax section. I might have missed that but where does it say primary activity?

Depends if you applied for a work permit with it. If you did, then you would have an implied status, if you didn't, then you were out of status and can't count those days.
