Keep waiting - May 6th was our 19 months. Although at April 6th the wait time was still 18 months so we should have found out then. As it stands, we are still waiting. Sorry to be a downer - just don't get your hopes up for quick turnaround :( good luck with it all!

I agree with that - we haven't been able to buy a house, change jobs, get promotions etc all because it will affect the process - we are both down about the whole process and continually stressed - like why is this taking SO LONG!! we are almost at 20 months now and still nothing :(

I am from England - I called again today and it said that medicals are passed and they are processing the background check - I can't seem to find anything on their website that indicates what happens in a background check or how long it takes?

No that was the initial one - but i just called up and the update via phone was that the medicals are now passed and they are working on the BGC now so fingers crossed.

Same - October 6th it was received but still no update. Did our medicals a month ago and they haven't updated our files with anything since they requested it :(

It just doesn't bloody end does it! Our AOR was October 2016 and a month ago we did a second medical for them as well as uploading updated documents and STILL NOTHING it's dreadful :(
