Hello friends, my wife and I passed citizenship exam on April 04, 2018 at Scarborough office and since then we have been waiting for oath invitation (i.e 5 months) . Is there anyone with the similar situation?

I tried several times with correct information but its only showing " "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons". Tried 1-888-242-2100 IRCC support team number once but could not speak to any agent.

I believe its normal. Our situation is the same ( DM for us & in process for 2 kids). They will check kids id & original dox on the day of Oath.

I had to give back home PCC along with my application as I went there multiple times and cumulative length of stay was more than 1 year.
