Same here. OWP approved on myCIC on March 5, and still haven't received any messages or permit in the mail. We sent a webform to CIC asking about it and they said the permit was mailed and we need to wait 6 weeks before they take any action. Someone at the CIC office in Vancouver suggested flag...
