    It will show submitted and then approved and then finally approved and please check from what day your pr card validity starts. Add 7 days from the validity from date and that would be your pr card receiving day. Looks like IRCC people are having a joint. That's why ghost updates are normal...

    Landing June 13 Submitted link to cic June 27 Ghost update 31 July Second ghost for 2 seconds august 7 Approved on August 3 says in cic account. Waiting for the card now

    I saw on 31st that approved/something and now it's submitted. As per the 62 days by IRCC time should get approved a d delivered by august 10. I hope this mean I have cleared those photo request thing
