Hello bro, This info was told my CIC representative that I called them before. And in addtion, AOR mean that "the date CIC start processing your application"

Just FYI that the 18 month processing time in Base on AOR, not the date that CIC receive your application. And different applicant processing time varies by the background check. So actually Date Receive your application means nothing, you could just check your AOR. Some Nov,dec 2016 applicant...
