how do you know about transferring file? If I am in Montreal and my AIP was sending from Mississauga, will they transfer it to Montreal office? Or how does it work?

I received request for medical exam but for Visa Extention Application. Do you think, I can use this medical results and for PR application, when they will ask me to do it? Or I have to do it again? Don't want to pay two times for medicine.

Did you receive accusé de réception? I think you need to call them I submitted application for CSQ Febr 13. Febr 22 was confirmation letter, and I guess they count 25 days from that date, after one week was confirmation from bank about payment, March 14 I received CSQ
